Refund policy
We accept returns only for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Returns must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date by contacting our customer support.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Custom-made or special-order bicycles are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product and will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our side.
